Denis Shiryaev used AI to upscale and colorize 1911 footage of New York. In the previous footage upscale "L’arrivée d’un train en gare de La Ciotat", Shiryaev has used two algorithms: Gigapixel AI from Topaz Labs and Depth-Aware Video Frame Interpolation, developed by a team of researchers and Google engineers.
